HOW IT WORKS

CONTACT
First, let’s see if I’m the right fit for you. You can check out my portfolio and see the covers I’d made. If you think I’m the right designer for you, then fill out the form below.

FORMS
Once your project is accepted, you’ll receive these forms: An order form, a contract, and a questionnaire. Both forms must be filled out before we start.
Once the order form is filled out, you’ll sign the Contract and then pay the invoice.

SCHEDULING + PAYMENT
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking, and the remainder of your balance will be due any time before our scheduled start date. You’re welcome to pay upfront or to wait for your scheduled start date, but your payment must be made in full by the day before our start date.

MOCK-UP
I deliver your first mock-up within 2-3 days of your booking day.
Your first mock-up will be more of a rough draft. You can tell me what you like, what you don’t like, and we can move forward from there.
I try to make my mock-ups on par with what you request in your questionnaire, but on occasion, it might not be what you’re envisioning.
I will make another attempt at another mock-up that fits the genre best. If it still is not what you want, than we can part ways. Additional mock-ups are $100.
I deliver revisions and finalized covers on Thursdays and Fridays.

REVISIONS
Once your mock-up is approved, I will pretty it up and send it back for you to look over. Custom book covers are limited to 3 revisions. Keep this in mind when providing feedback. Please be specific and thorough during these revisions.
A quick tip: Remember, your number one goal for your cover is to sell your book. There might be some things that you want in your cover that could negatively impact the marketability of your cover, and I will tell you, but ultimately the final decision will be yours.

FINAL
Once you’re satisfied with the cover, I’ll get everything finalized. Please keep in mind, that once you’ve given the approval to move forward with finalizing, the major revision stage is over. If there are small tweaks that need to be done, please let me know as soon as you can and I will do my best to fix those minor issues up.
